Following the successful physical health check-ups, Borwita Citra Prima continued its commitment to employee well-being by hosting a Mindful Webinar in celebration of Mental Health Day. The webinar, titled “The Art of Managing Stress,” was held as part of Mental Health Day at Borwita to provide insights and strategies for managing stress in both the workplace and daily life.

The event featured Putri Nabila Bilicha, M.Psi., Psikolog, a clinical psychologist and founder of Tumbuh Insight Psikocenter, as the keynote speaker. Conducted online, the webinar saw enthusiastic participation as attendees engaged with valuable information and practical tips on maintaining mental health. Through this event, Borwita aims to equip employees with the skills to manage work-related pressure in a healthier way and achieve a better life balance.

Borwita Citra Prima remains committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of its employees across all branches, including the Bali branch. As part of this effort, Borwita organized a Defensive Driving Training for all employees at the Bali branch. The goal of this training is to provide employees with valuable insights into safe and effective driving practices, as well as to raise awareness of road safety. Through this session, employees are expected to enhance their driving skills and be better prepared to handle emergencies and challenging road conditions.

The training was facilitated by an experienced trainer who shared practical knowledge and theories on how to avoid accidents, maintain safe distances, and identify potential hazards while driving. After successfully offering eye check-ups in the past, the company is now focusing on important health screenings such as blood sugar and blood pressure tests. This initiative aims to help employees monitor their health regularly, improve productivity, and maintain a high quality of life.

In addition to the screenings, employees were also given the opportunity to consult with doctors from Puskesmas Taman, Sidoarjo. These consultations provided valuable health guidance and education on preventing common health risks.
