    The event featured Putri Nabila Bilicha, M.Psi., Psikolog, a clinical psychologist and founder of Tumbuh Insight Psikocenter, as the keynote speaker. Conducted online, the webinar saw enthusiastic participation as attendees engaged with valuable information and practical tips on maintaining mental health. Through this event, Borwita aims to equip employees with the skills to manage work-related pressure in a healthier way and achieve a better life balance.

    In addition to the screenings, employees were also given the opportunity to consult with doctors from Puskesmas Taman, Sidoarjo. These consultations provided valuable health guidance and education on preventing common health risks. After a rigorous recruitment process across Indonesia, 6 exceptional candidates were selected, demonstrating outstanding dedication, competence, and vision to grow alongside Borwita.
