Borwita Citra Prima held the CAP (Capability Agent Program), a specialized 4-day training program focused on developing sales skills. Held at the Luminor Hotel Surabaya, this program was attended by selected Sales Managers who participated in intensive training sessions to deepen their knowledge and skills in sales. The program is designed to equip participants with comprehensive insights, enabling them to manage sales teams more effectively and productively.

One of the key goals of CAP is to develop Internal Certified Trainers who will support the company’s mission of becoming a Learning Organization. Throughout the sessions, participants learned various techniques and methodologies that will not only help their personal development but also contribute to the training and teaching processes at Borwita. Through this program, Borwita aims to enhance human resource quality and support the company’s long-term success.
