    The opening of the STAR Program was officially conducted by HR Director Silvy Karyono, who congratulated the selected participants and shared motivational words to encourage them to continue innovating and delivering their best performance. The webinar, titled “The Art of Managing Stress,” was held as part of Mental Health Day at Borwita to provide insights and strategies for managing stress in both the workplace and daily life.

    The event featured Putri Nabila Bilicha, M.Psi., Psikolog, a clinical psychologist and founder of Tumbuh Insight Psikocenter, as the keynote speaker. Conducted online, the webinar saw enthusiastic participation as attendees engaged with valuable information and practical tips on maintaining mental health. Through this event, Borwita aims to equip employees with the skills to manage work-related pressure in a healthier way and achieve a better life balance.

    In order to achieve the company’s goal of starting environmentally friendly office activities, Borwita collaborated with the Earth Hour Surabaya environmental community to provide education about sustainability in the office area. The importance of zero waste, an overview of the dangers of climate change in the future if we don’t take action now, and many other materials were presented by one of the representatives from Earth Hour Surabaya.

    Not only that, at the end of the session, participants consisting of Borwita employees were involved in a demonstration on how to recycle plastic waste (Eco-Craft). During this session, we created reusable items by repurposing plastic waste.

    In collaboration with Optik Nusa Surabaya on September 6, 2024, Borwita Citra Prima held a free eye examination for all employees of the head office and Surabaya branch office. This event is an effort carried out by the company in Employee Wellness Practice in the office environment by collaborating with external health authorities.

    Getting a great anthusiasm from employees, there were hundreds of participants who checked their eye health conditions. Further, employees who have carried out the inspection can see the glasses display provided by Optik Nusa to further get a discount if they want to buy glasses.

    Borwita Citra Prima participated in enlivening the Independence Day at all branch offices and head office (Sidoarjo). Different from previous years, this year all branches participate in enlivening the independence event by holding competitions.

    Carrying the theme Eco Sustainability “Semarak Kemerdekaan – Menuju Lebih Baik”, the competition in Borwita’s company environment applies no plastic waste, and the competition equipment is made with environmentally friendly or recycled materials.

    In accordance with the theme “Towards Better”, this is in line with Borwita’s mission to become a company that cares about the ECO Sustainability environment in the company area.
