Borwita Citra Prima proudly hosted a welcoming event for SFL Batch 4 Trainees , a program designed to accelerate careers in the field of Sales. The Sales Future Leader (SFL) program aims to nurture employee potential through intensive training and hands-on experience, ensuring they are well-prepared to become future leaders in Borwita’s sales function. After a rigorous recruitment process across Indonesia, 6 exceptional candidates were selected, demonstrating outstanding dedication, competence, and vision to grow alongside Borwita.

The welcoming event was not only an important moment to introduce the Trainees to the team and company culture but also served as a platform to foster collaboration and unity. Through engaging activities and inspiring sessions, the SFL Trainees were given opportunities to understand Borwita’s values and learn effective sales strategies. With full support and proper guidance, Borwita is confident these Trainees will bring innovation and a stronger competitive edge, further solidifying the company’s position in national market.

Borwita Citra Prima proudly celebrated National Batik Day by embracing the spirit of togetherness and showcasing appreciation for Indonesia’s rich cultural heritage. On this special occasion, employees were encouraged to wear their best batik-inspired attire, from shirts and bags to shoes, as a tribute to the globally recognized art of batik. This initiative not only fostered cultural pride within the workplace but also created a vibrant and joyful atmosphere among the team.

As part of the celebration, Borwita also hosted a Batik Photo Contest, which was enthusiastically participated in by employees. This contest offered them an opportunity to express their creativity, whether individually or in groups, by showcasing their best batik styles. Through this event, Borwita aims to inspire its employees to preserve and cherish batik as a symbol of national identity. ✨

In order to achieve the company’s goal of starting environmentally friendly office activities, Borwita collaborated with the Earth Hour Surabaya environmental community to provide education about sustainability in the office area. The importance of zero waste, an overview of the dangers of climate change in the future if we don’t take action now, and many other materials were presented by one of the representatives from Earth Hour Surabaya.

Not only that, at the end of the session, participants consisting of Borwita employees were involved in a demonstration on how to recycle plastic waste (Eco-Craft). During this session, we created reusable items by repurposing plastic waste.

In collaboration with Optik Nusa Surabaya on September 6, 2024, Borwita Citra Prima held a free eye examination for all employees of the head office and Surabaya branch office. This event is an effort carried out by the company in Employee Wellness Practice in the office environment by collaborating with external health authorities.

Getting a great anthusiasm from employees, there were hundreds of participants who checked their eye health conditions. Further, employees who have carried out the inspection can see the glasses display provided by Optik Nusa to further get a discount if they want to buy glasses.

Borwita Citra Prima participated in enlivening the Independence Day at all branch offices and head office (Sidoarjo). Different from previous years, this year all branches participate in enlivening the independence event by holding competitions.

Carrying the theme Eco Sustainability “Semarak Kemerdekaan – Menuju Lebih Baik”, the competition in Borwita’s company environment applies no plastic waste, and the competition equipment is made with environmentally friendly or recycled materials.

In accordance with the theme “Towards Better”, this is in line with Borwita’s mission to become a company that cares about the ECO Sustainability environment in the company area.

At the Borwita Mid-Year Review 2024 event, the directors gave direction to all leaders to continue to provide progressive and innovative achievements. This is related to the theme presented: “Keep progressing”.

Conducted online, Borwita Mid-Year Review 2024 was carried out smoothly and solemnly until the end of the event. The participants not only listened to the presentation of the material provided, but also took part in a team building session with prizes which contained challenges and questions related to the company and the programs that would be implemented.

Wednesday on June 26th, 2024, Borwita had visited by Politeknik Ubaya & Politeknik Mersing Malaysia with Company Visit activities. This activity aims to introduce vocational students to the world of work in the distributor sector.

In this activity, students were explained about the distributor business sector, how Borwita has been running the business for approximately 48 years, and what are Borwita’s plus points as a distributor company in Indonesia. In addition, students and lecturers were also invited to a company tour by touring the Surabaya branch Sales Basecamp, finance, and touring the warehouse.

Borwita held Borwita Yearly Meeting 2023 at the Grand Mercure Hotel, Malang. This annual meeting was an excellent opportunity for Borwita Leaders from various regions to get to know each other, gain new insight, and improve collaboration. In this meeting, Borwita provided lots of interesting sessions that could inspire leaders to build businesses and build people. Borwita also gave appreciation to the Best Sales Managers and Best Branch that have shown extraordinary performance for the past year.

Borwita is committed to developing the best professionals through the 2021 Borwita Logistic Academy (BLA) program. Borwita trains fresh graduates to prepare them to become future leaders with adequate technical and leadership skills in the fields of Logistics, Business Development, and Sales. BLA itself is an intensive and comprehensive career path development and acceleration program, which during this 1 year training period, trainees will join various training methods. This year’s BLA selection was held in 5 cities, namely Surabaya, Malang, Yogyakarta, Jakarta, and Bandung with more than 10,000 applicants from various reputable universities in Indonesia.
