The Sales Future Leader (SFL) program aims to nurture employee potential through intensive training and hands-on experience, ensuring they are well-prepared to become future leaders in Borwita’s sales function. After a rigorous recruitment process across Indonesia, 6 exceptional candidates were selected, demonstrating outstanding dedication, competence, and vision to grow alongside Borwita.
