Borwita Citra Prima remains committed to developing future leaders through the Logistic Future Leader (LFL) Batch 1 program, recently held at the Makassar branch office. This program aims to enhance the skills of trainees who have passed a rigorous selection process, equipping them with in-depth competencies and insights into the world of logistics and distribution.
The activities began with a Welcoming Ceremony, officially introducing the trainees to the LFL program. Throughout the program, they participated in various activities designed to improve their leadership and analytical skills.
One of the main sessions was a leadership training where participants learned how to become effective leaders in a dynamic work environment. Additionally, they took part in a group exercise session using the Fishbone Diagram tool to hone their analytical thinking skills for solving complex problems.
Moreover, the trainees had the opportunity to engage in discussions with Borwita’s leaders. These discussions provided valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities in the logistics industry.
